As a trainer, I want to bring out the best in people. I want to fix people’s bodies and improve their posture and their sense of self-confidence. I want to inspire people to dig deep down in their soul and find their inner sense of willpower to overcome the challenges that I set in front of them. I believe that the physical body is an outward reflection of how you feel about yourself, and it is my job to help my clients imagine something extraordinary about themselves and help them to achieve it. As I get to know a client, and better understand how they think, I can motivate them to push through their internal barriers. My perspective on fitness is that most of it begins in the mind.
